Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using AMRAX, operated at amrax.in. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AMRAX.
AMRAX is an AI-powered YouTube creator studio that provides:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use AMRAX. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to claim free credits.
To use AMRAX you grant us OAuth access to your YouTube account for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account Permissions. Revoking access will prevent AMRAX from functioning but will not delete your account or credit balance.
By using AMRAX you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Free credits
You receive 100 free credits upon creating your first AMRAX account. Free credits are granted once per person and may not be transferred.
Purchased credits
Additional credits can be purchased via one-time payments processed by Razorpay. Each AI feature call deducts credits as displayed in the app at the time of use. Credits are prepaid and non-refundable once consumed.
Expiry
Unused purchased credits do not expire as long as your account is active. Free credits may expire after 90 days of account inactivity.
Pricing changes
We reserve the right to change credit pricing with at least 14 days’ advance notice. Previously purchased credit balances will not be affected.
Taxes
Prices shown may be exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.). Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout and added to your order total.
No refunds
All credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks on any credit package once payment is processed, except where required by applicable law. Please review the credit package details carefully before purchasing.

AI-generated titles, descriptions, tags, scripts, thumbnails, and chat responses are provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for:
AMRAX does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, SEO performance, or copyright clearance of AI-generated content.
AMRAX’s software, design, trademarks, and branding are owned by AMRAX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of AMRAX without our written permission.
You retain all ownership rights to your YouTube channel content and data. AI-generated content produced by AMRAX for your use is assigned to you upon generation, to the extent it can be owned.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. It explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including your Google account information and YouTube data.
AMRAX integrates with third-party services including Google, YouTube, Neon, Vercel, AIcredits.in, and Razorpay. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. AMRAX is not responsible for any acts, omissions, or policies of these third parties.
AMRAX is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMRAX and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of AMRAX shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMRAX and its officers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and any remaining credits are forfeited.
You may delete your account at any time via the Settings → Delete Account option inside the app. Alternatively, you may request deletion by emailing contact@amrax.in. Voluntary account deletion does not entitle you to a refund of purchased credits.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where practicable, notify you by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of AMRAX after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of AMRAX shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India. If you are located in a jurisdiction that prohibits mandatory arbitration, this section does not affect your statutory rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AMRAX regarding the use of the service.
